Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel or change your order, free of charge. Please contact customer service at 

contact@modden.co.uk. 

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED? 
You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order number with your shipping timeframes. 

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?Yes, you can, please contact us as soon as possible. 


Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

UK DELIVERY:

We currently offer free standard delivery on all UK orders £40 and over.

On any other order value standard delivery charge of £3.50 is applied at checkout.

Delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days. Our parcels are shipping using Royal mail tracked services. You will receive a tracking code once the order has been shipped.

USA and Canada SHIPPING:

We offer shipping to the US and Canada, there is a flat rate of $25 which is calculated at checkout. We use USPS and TGinternational to ship the orders.
Your order will be delivered between 3 - 17 working days. 

Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:
